Steelhead go up to spawn. They can range
in weight from 1/2 lb. to 8 lbs. They usually average about 2-4 lbs. in the Middle Klamath. Steelhead are a very
explosive fish when hooked. There are several methods to catch them, such as plugs, bouncing roe, and flies.
